You can run limiting straps if you want but from just offroading you should be fine. It takes a lot of force to pull the plates out of the crimp. I have never seen them blow on a setup liek you are going to run.. Plus its now going to be like that is your main form of suspension so even if you do blow one it wont be a huge deal. I have blown out 2 different bags by over extending when i had my bagged ranger a long time ago going about 70mph and that was some scary crap because when those blew my truck slmmed straight one the ground.
