Question about leveling
Hello everyone,
I have two choices in leveling my truck and i wanted to know what everyone's opinion is on it so I can feel like i'll be making the proper choice.
I have 2.5" HBS leveling kit and a set of Bilstein 5100 adjustable fronts and rear.
Should I just go ahead and install the Bilstein 5100s at max height which is 2"? I heard the ride is stiff, but i don't want to go any lower since I want to level it out.
Or should I install the 2.5" HBS leveling kit and set the bilstein 5100 at 0"?
I've seen some people do the second option and they have nothing to complain about other that it is stiff which is the same issue with the first option so either way i'd figure that i'll have a stiffer ride.
And i do know that installing the 2.5" HBS defeats the purpose of getting ajustables but my brother gave them to me as a present.
Also my stock shocks have 156K and counting. (:
please any feedback would be appreciated.

The ride will be stiffer with the bilstein only level. The ride will be softer if you keep the bilsteins at stock height and run the spacer... I've got a set of the fronts sitting around, and I will be reusing my 2.5 level spacer and keeping the bilsteins at the stock height setting when I get around to putting them in....

New shocks all the way around...install the 5100's up front at Zero and add your 2.5 level...get alignment...done

Anyways I don't think i will be getting a lift anytime soon. A level will be enough to tickle my level/lift desire. Of course if i happen to fall on some money where I can spend it...it will be a 6" lift. (:

Also nice truck KingRanch. I had an choice to buy a 2005 KingRanch for 9K but i was scared away by the 199K it had.
