Good stuff to know. I want to get a newer model radio for my 06 so I can have the auxillary jack without having to do the PIE adapter. Time to start looking.

Nope. The single, straight adaptor.

I picked up that metra adapter and it fit perfect. The pin in the radio was bent tho and i tried for about an hr to straighten it out with no luck. So I took a twistie tie from a loaf of bread and stripped the plastic of it, stuck that into the adapter and crumpled up a little ball of tin foil, stuck that into the radio plug in, and now everything works perfectly, not really the right way to fix it but works 100 times better then it did before. thanks for all the help.
