Just wondering if the adapter you bought has one of the 5 in 1 adapters or if it was just the chrysler one, because i have the 5 in 1 adapter and now I basically only get static. If i stick the original ford end into the radio it works perfect but won't stay in. Just wondering exactly what you used. Thanks

I picked up that metra adapter and it fit perfect. The pin in the radio was bent tho and i tried for about an hr to straighten it out with no luck. So I took a twistie tie from a loaf of bread and stripped the plastic of it, stuck that into the adapter and crumpled up a little ball of tin foil, stuck that into the radio plug in, and now everything works perfectly, not really the right way to fix it but works 100 times better then it did before. thanks for all the help.
