Putting 09+ badges on 04-08 trucks is COMPLETLY different then putting a body kit on a car, one because putting a body kit on is trying to make that car look like something it's not, putting F150 badges on a F150 is just that A F150! It's not like it's tryin to make it something it's not!

I never understood why these bades, any gen really, are so expensive lol, I can get something like headlights for the prices

How do the old badges come off the fender? Are they bolted on or clipped on?

No bolts of clips just some adhesive double sided tape. They have 2 little studs on the back that go in the finder just for pilot holes to line it up

so it was bugging me how the 09+ tailgate emblem had the extra space at the top and bottom, to accommodate the 09+ tailgate contour.....I took a belt sander to the back of it and sanded it flush so now it fits flush to our tailgate.
