Basically got a free bee set of badges and swapped them out today and it is amazing the difference it makes. I know a lot of people have done this mod but I recommend it to anyone that is thinking about it because they look 10x better.

I saw this the other day. Is it an easy swap out? How do they install? Any additional holes in the fenders or tailgate? I like the look of it.

Yea, what all did it take to get done? I'd like to know what I'd be getting into if I decided to do it

solely my opinion but what's the obsession with putting current 12th generation badges on non-current generation trucks?

Have you ever seen those lamborghini body kits you can buy for a pontiac fiero? they look like ****! and people still buy them and swap them. They're not fooling anyone…all they're saying to the world is 'this is my half-***'d attempted at trying to be someone I'm not' …

just my 2cents...

It's not an obesession... at least for me... I just prefer the looks of the newer style badges over the old... Honestly had there not been holes behind them I would have just done away with them, but as with anything... to each their own.

Finders line up perfect in original holes. The tailgate was completely diff. I just broke the tabs of the tailgate emblem and used 3m double sided tape from Lowes and slapped it in place of the old one (to cover the holes). VERY simple swap. Just peel off ur old emblems, clean the area, put 3m double sided molding tape on the new badges and slap them on. To help line the tailgate up I didn't clean the top dirt line very well that was left from the old badge then cleaned it up after installed

Not trying to fool anyone it just looks a lot sleeker (if that's a word) than the chrome rectangular stock ones one the 04-08 models
