Yep. Seems like the going price on here has been around 200-250 shipped used. Hell if I get tired of it and flip it I won't care if I break even.

A few things to note about used tuners...

As already stated, try and get it already unlocked. if it's locked, no big deal, as it can be unlocked from the manufacturer. Just be sure you get a good deal on it if it's locked. The manufacturer may charge a fee, and it may not require that you mail it to them either (Edge can do it to the unit with it plugged into your laptop or other PC).
Some tuners can only be "married" (locked) so many times before this needs to be reset as well. When a tuner is connected to a vehicle, and it reads and stores the stock tune to prepare the vehicle for one of its tunes to be downloaded, the tuner is now "married" or locked to that vehicle. That counts as one lock. If you unlock it to your vehicle (reload the stock tune back into the vehicle), it is unlocked. If you hand it over to a friend and let them load a tune from it, it is now locked to that vehicle. In order for them to return it to you for you to use it, they would have to unlock it from their vehicle (set the vehicle back to its stock tune). This would now be the second time the tuner has been locked/unlocked from a vehicle. Some tuners manufacturers set this counter to a max value (5 is common). If a used tuner is unlocked, ask how many lock/unlocks are left on it. Again, a tuner company can reset this, but they may charge for it. It should also be considered in the purchase price, especially if you want to use it for awhile, then resell it; you'd want at least 2 lock/unlocks left on it.
If you buy a tuner that has custom tunes loaded on it, they will not be "usable" on your vehicle, as the company that creates the custom tunes will ask you for your VIN; this prevents a custom tune from being used on any other vehicle other than the original customer. Canned tunes however (tunes that came from the manufacturer of the tuner) are transferable to any vehicle the tuner was made for.

If you could get a good enough deal on the tuner then regardless of it being unlocked $90 would be cake to pay.
