295/70r18 are available from Nitto and 305/70r18 are available from a few other brands.

If you're staying stock, the width is more important than the height. Take a look at this thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f4/tire-wh...04-08-a-24510/

ive seen that, i just didnt know how the metric widths worked out. i know its 305 millimeters wide, but i mean with the rubbing at the uca part. ill be using the stock 18 inch lariat wheels. cant find any wheels i like on a blue/tan truck
12.5 inches is 317 millimeters, and i know a km2 has a small enough sidewall that it wont rub the uca so anything wider than 315 will rub the uca im assuming.

The results with 12.50s rubbing or not vary so much on here, probably your best bet is to put the kit on and then measure before ordering tires.
Your stock tires are probably 275/65R18s, so you could measure your clearance at full turn at droop once its on, and order based on that (1/4" order 295s, 1/2" order 305s...).

I'm sure it will have a minimal effect on the longevity of the tranny, but I doubt it's anything to be overly worried about, especially if you get a tuner sometime in the future that causes a better shifting pattern for the transmission.
