Default Pulley Bearings

Curious if anyone knows the part number for the bearings in the idler and tensioner pulleys for the roush supercharger bridge. I'd like to find the bearing before I tear it apart. Thanks!

This is a guess, but it looks like it will take a part# 6203 2rs bearing (double seal). It's a very standard size and the tensioner (pictured) uses this bearing.. I'm betting all 3 are the same.

Call Roush directly to confirm this...

If their anything like whipple then yes, your right.. I told whipple I needed the bearing part # and didn't have time to play games.. I said it was for a customers truck and it was disabled.

I'm betting I'm right on that part#, but it certainly doesn't hurt to double check. Most bearings spec'd in these kits are thankfully readily available nominal sizes..

Fastenal has this bearing at $1.79 each in stock if it is the one you need. I bought a few to have on hand. It's likely a double bearing so you will need 2 of them for each pulley. A pair of snap ring pliers will also be required if its a double bearing.

I called Roush and the parts guy couldnt pull up any of the Roush part numbers I gave him. He put me on hold and talked to an "engineer" who said that the bridge assembly was cast by Roush but all the pulleys are factory ford units. He said he had no idea about the bearing part number. Thanks for your help.
