Default Programmers

I just got my 04 fx4 two weeks ago and was thinking about a programmer.
Is it worth it and which is the best? Is anyone who has one close to the 19540 zip code?

I had a hypertech on my old Z71, and it added around 20-25hp. I am sure it would do the same thing for F150.
