Default Problem with belt slipping after tune

I installed a custom tune from vmp on my truck a few weeks ago and I immediately noticed when I would step on it the serpentine belt would squeal when shifting from first to second at high rpm. I figured it must be a worn belt and replaced it but the problem hasn't gone away. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

It might be the idler pulley or the tensioner pulley has bearings going out. It's not the tune that did it though I can promise you that.

I wouldn't spray any belt conditioner on it. That is about the worst thing you can do. Get a new belt, preferably a goodyear gatorback. They seem to be the best belt out there.

I have the edge evo and from 1-2 under full throttle it sometimes does it, wasn't too worried, our 1969 mustang does it and it keeps doing it for about 4 seconds after the shift. I always thought it was the belt.

My truck does that too it's because the rpm changes so fast between shifts and shifts hard and causes the belt to slip a little bit, mines done it for the last 50,000km my evo tuner been installed
