Problem with AC Blower

Problem with AC Blower
I have a 2006 F-150.
For the past year my ac blower will occasionally not engage. (does not blow air)
This would happen about maybe once every 2 months and only happened for a few seconds.
yesterday it would not come back on at all. The AC/Heat still worked (if i set to outside air I could feel cool or hot air) but the blower does not work on ANY setting.
This morning it started working again.
What do you guys think my problem might be?
Blower Motor? Resistor? Fan Switch? Fuse?

Blower motor relay, behind the glovebox. If that's it, squeeze the glove box and let it fall open. You'll see a plug on the duct, unplug and remove the two screws and pull it out. It's flat like a credit card.
