Other than that there isn't much else. Fuel mileage will decrease obviously, and you might not be able to fit into some parking garages. I don't have too much trouble with that though.

That's fine, I very rarely use garages anyway and next year I'll be going to college in the boonies. None of them out there lol. Out of curiosity how many mpgs you lose?

I could average 18 if i "tried" before anything was done, usually averaging 15-16. Now I can only get up to around 16-16.5 if I try and everyday driving I average roughly 13-15. I'm not too concerned as it's not my DD but it wasn't too bad of a loss nonetheless.

Most 35" tires measure 34.8" or so.. Your 4" options would be RCX, Zone, superlift, and BDS.. You'll loose mpg with tires but as mentioned the programmer will help a little.. You could re-gear but not necessary..

Love the truck man! But right now im looking at Zone. Saw a great looking Superlift-ed truck same year as mine (maybe SPJ Username) but I haven't been able to find many reviews on the kit itself. Searched all over internet and other forums and the only 2 I've found were on here I believe.

Level and 35s stock 18s. Currently looking for a 6" lift. Go ahead and lift it or you'll just want to go bigger in the near future

Yeah I've always wanted to lift a truck and I heard once that if you've always wanted to lift it, do it cause a level will be good for a week then you'll want more. I would look into a 6 but dad said he may do the lift as a 18th bday/ early graduation gift and he thinks 6 is not practical.

^^ sounds like the same convo I had with my dad the other day... went like this:
Me: "I almost bought a lift the other day for the truck..."
Dad: "Why in the hell would you want to lift your truck? I don't like the look of them. It would look ridiculous"
Me: "You aren't the one driving my truck"

Long story short, I will order me a 6" lift soon haha
