Default Price check! Wheels and tires

I know someone selling some 17in gear rims wrapped in some heavily used Toyo open country LT265/70. He doesn't have need for them as they don't fit on his new truck, but he does need the money and garage space. What is a good price for me to pay? How much are the rims worth? Doesn't anyone know the specific name of the rims? (Sorry for the crappy pic. I'll try to put up more later.)

Man those tires look worn down!! Is probably wouldnt bother with the tires, just get the rims. Cause you're probably gonna have to replace those tires real quick anyways.. I don't know where you live but if you're up north and with winter around the corner..... Those tires aint gonna help ya. Just my 2 cents.

Those look pretty worn for a m/t. Here's a pic of my new Nitto m/t.

The Toyos pictured are not an m/t - Looks to be an a/t

There are different versions of the Open Country - There is the m/t, a/t II, and h/t

They are A/T's sorry for the confusion. And I'm more interested in the wheels(rims) then the tires. Haha as for winter, I'm in Texas, I've never even seen snow in person...

Picture of the tread. (Not my hand)
