Default Pre-bent Dual Pipes

Hello all! I've been searching high and low for this and have not been able to come up with anything!!!

I have a 2004 FX4 SCREW which had dual exhaust on it when I bought it. The exhaust has since rotted so I purchase a new muffler and tips, however, I am having trouble finding any pre-bent pipes for the truck. Does anyone know of a good place to pick up just the pipes, or will I need to go somewhere and have them custom bent? I would think with how much I see these trucks with dual exhaust everywhere, I'd be able to find it online but no such luck yet. Someone here surely will know!

Thanks in advance, looking forward to hearing back.

What muffler did you go with? I too had dual when I bought it, can't tell what muffler is on it, but I like the sound. Pipes seem solid, but when I need a muffler(not too distant future) would like to know what to get.

Autozone, oreilly, most auto parts stores have pre bent pieces you can weld in if you are handy with a welder. Had to do this on older vehicles in the past. Just the bent parts of the exhaust rusted, so I cut out the rusted parts and welded in new pieces from autozone.

I took a gamble and went with the Delta 40 Series Flowmaster.

Amazon.com: Flowmaster 9425400 40 Delta Flow Muffler - 2.50 Center IN / 2.50 Dual OUT - Aggressive Sound: Automotive Amazon.com: Flowmaster 9425400 40 Delta Flow Muffler - 2.50 Center IN / 2.50 Dual OUT - Aggressive Sound: Automotive

I had it on my wrangler which had a straight 6, single out.. and it sounded great.

Now it will be on a 5.4 with Single in Dual out. Hoping it sounds somewhat similar, but we will see! Everyone on here is hit or miss on flowmaster vs magnaflow vs .... So I went with what I had good experience with before.

I will let you know how I make out once I get it hooked up, hopefully next week!

Thank you. I was hoping to avoid this as I'd rather go with completely new pipes so I dont weld on new stuff and then the old stuff rots off in a year. Sounds like I may end up having to do that though. I'm really surprised there arent kits out there with already bent piping.

I have the pipes off my 97-02 style f150 on my 04, they come real close to the spare tire, but worked, may give you something to search for and start with

The only problem getting bent exhaust at the local auto parts store (the ones around me at least) is that they don't carry mandrel bent exhaust.
