I think my motor is going out on my drivers door. The window moves just a little bit when I push the button, but it takes a couple seconds before it starts going up.

Probably not, try this out:

Body - Slow Power Window Operation

TSB 07-2-6

02/05/07

POWER WINDOW SLOW UPWARD TRAVEL
FORD:
2005-2007 F-150

LINCOLN:
2006-2007 Mark LT

ISSUE
Some 2005-2007 F-150 and 2006-2007 Mark LT vehicles equipped with power windows may experience a customer concern of slow power window travel when raising the window; it may be due to a concern with the alignment of the window glass.

ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Lower the window completely, and measure the amount of time it takes for the glass to travel from the fully open to fully closed position.

a. If the time is less then six (6) seconds then DO NOT perform this TSB.

b. If the time required to move the glass from the fully open to fully closed position is greater than six (6) seconds, continue with this TSB.

2. Inspect the glass runs to make sure they are not wavy and causing additional resistance to the glass.

3. Remove the door panel following Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-05, access the glass clamps through the openings in the door sheet metal. (Figure 1)

4. Loosen the glass clamps (using a 1/4" drive T-30 Torx socket).

5. After loosening the glass clamps, the glass should be pushed up into the header, by hand, then shifted rearward, until it stops against the rear window run seal, and then lowered back into the clamps. (Figure 2)

NOTE MAKE SURE THE WINDOW IS STATED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS CLAMPS. TIGHTEN BOTH CLAMPS AND VERIFY PROPER WINDOW PERFORMANCE, BY AGAIN TIMING GLASS CLOSING SPEED.

WARRANTY STATUS: Eligible Under Provisions Of New Vehicle Limited Warranty Coverage

Default Another window issue

Alright - so my passenger side window will not go up or down. I have replaced the complete window motor and track assembly and put in new switches on both passenger and driver sides - still nothing. When I press the down on the passenger I do hear the motor click but nothing happens. I did notice that the light on the passenger side switch does not illuminate. Any other thoughts before I take this issue to Ford?

With a new motor and all new switches I'm leaning toward a broken wire. If you know how to use a multi-meter, I'd suggest doing some simple checks to see if you're getting current to your switches and to your motor. If no, then I'd start doing some continuity checks on the wires coming out of your drivers door. It gets the most use and is the most likely to have broken a wire. Good luck and keep us posted.
