Power window
Ok strangest thing happened. Got home parked the truck, rolled up all the windows and locked it. Came out 4 hours later and the drivers window was gone.
Thought great somebody broke in. But no, there was no glass. The window had dropped into the door. It would not roll up, just made bad grinding noises. So I took the door apart and the cable pulley assembly is all jacked up. Cables wound around other cables and over bolts etc. I can not get it back into place.
1 How would this happen in PARK? Not bouncing down a road and
2 How the freak do the cables wind up correctly?

I saw that on a Buick once just bad luck IMO we ended up having to detach the motor because the motor was in the up position replaced the cable and then the window worked correctly. If the motor is in the up position and you just hook up the cable it will not go up the whole way. Again that was on a 02 Buick. Good luck
