It is really easy to check the door looms, just pull the rubber back and feel around. When I had my issue I was able to see the faulty wire upon pulling the rubber back.
On a side note: I have noticed some water in my passenger door channel. Is this caused by the third break light?

Hey Justin if your truck is a 2004 there's a silver looking fuse in fuse box on passenger side fuse box it will click when key is turn on if fuse is good.
