07 F-150 STX-inoperable power mirrors
Could use some help here, I've checked most or all of the fixes for this type of problem that were previously addressed in this forum;
-The orange/green wire is continuous with no splice all the way up to where it disappears behind the fuse panel. So, a continuity check from the orange/green wire pin at the connector of the drivers armrest control switch to fusebox reads good, so no orange/greeen wire issues.
-The fuse is good
-There's 12V present at the drivers armrest control switch connector
-A continuity check from the ground pin at drivers armrest control switch connector to chassis ground also reads good, so no broken ground wire from door.
Is it the switch? No issues up until now, could the switch have crapped out? Is there a relay in this circuit?
I'd appreciate any advice

Same issue, 2004 SCrew
Spent most of the day, checked all fuses, replaced 5a fuse and PCM relay (low resistance), swapped all relays in the fuse box, no joy. I didn't think the 2004 models and later had a GEM module, do they? Oddly enough, also having issue with the radio staying on when opening door and no dome light, unless I use the dimmer switch but had it for some time now whereas the other issues just cropped up within the past week. Could this all be due to a door switch????

Get a meter or even simple electric tester check at the buttons and harnesses that you have or don't have for power. Think about what accessories you have, did any tap into one of these? Did the accessory have inline fuse etc.

Time for a factory schematic. There are many ground points (as you have found and checked), but there are also many power connections as well. A while back, someone had an issue with their seats or perhaps windows; found out there's a power connection that is tapped right at the point of the fuse panel (removed passenger kick panel and found the broken wire; corroded from moisture that accumulated under the carpet). I'm thinking you have a simular problem, but are going to need the factory schematic book, as it clearly shows all these connection locations. This way you can start at fuses 3 and 109 and go all the way to the seat/pedal. You should be able to short the switch with a jumper wire to see if the seat(s) work. A schematic repair book will tell you which wires to short in its section marked "diagnostics".

99% sure you have a break in a wire under the passenger side front scuff plate pull it up an look at the loom of wires there will be one spliced together it will be broken at that splice seen this ALOT

drivers power seat inoperable
New today to this forum. 2005 f150 Lariat for 10 years. Drivers power memory seat and brake pedal adjuster are inoperable.
I have been trouble shooting using the wonderful posts on this subject. To start--- the brake pedal adjuster, power mirrors, and powered drivers seat were inoperable. Checked fuses #3 and #109--they were OK. I did find the orange/light green factory wire splice wire was corroded like so may others did. I fixed the splice by stripping back the wires and soldering them and covering with a heat shrink sleeve. Incidentally I verified 12 volts to ground on the these wires.
The power mirrors now work! The seat and pedal adjuster still do not work.
I am now stumped on what to do next. I could live with this except the seat is way forward and too high.
Sure would appreciate some advice if someone knows this problem.
