Power seat, mirrors, and pedals not working
Hello, I have a 2007 Screw cab lariat that is giving me troubles. (aside from the usual exhaust manifold leak and ticking phasers)
This morning, out of the blue, the power drivers seat, power mirrors, and power adjustable pedals stopped working. No problem I thought, as all of these items are on a single fuse. I'm sure you can figure out where this story is going, pulled and replaced the fuse (7.5 amp, position 3 in the fuse block) even though the original did not appear to be blown. Nothing. Back to owners manual and noticed there was a second fuse (30amp, position 109) so pulled and checked it, again perfectly fine.
I'm no electrical wizard, so I am just wondering if there is something else simple I might be missing? I've just listed this truck for sale as my '15 that I ordered arrives this week, so I just want to get this taken care of, hopefully avoiding a trip to the dealership.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Check the ground connection at the left side kick panel. In the wiring diagrams, they all share ground connector "G303", located there. You will need to remove the drivers door sill, the plastic cover plate at the e-brake release handle, pull back on the door rubber, then remove the lower left kick plate.
Black wire.

Have experienced a VERY similar issue*. There are a number of threads on this board or other sites. My issue was the "connection" of 3 wires on the PASSENGER side wiring harness. The solder connection was bad on the Orange w/ Green wires. Here is one post with photos: http://www.f150online.com/forums/ele...t-working.html. This site/page also has a good write up and photos - http://kflanagan.com/ford/power_seat.htm.
Hope this helps!
*My issue was intermittent, mirrors stopped, then worked, seat stopped then worked... Funny story of when I finally HAD to fix it, but too long to tell fully. My wife is about 5'3" and I'm a tad over 6' with long legs, she drove and the seat and pedals quit working completely...let's just say I had difficulty trying to drive my own truck!! :-)
Hope this helps!

I had a VERY similar issue, however it was intermittent*. Evidently, it is pretty common with this series truck. The "connection" with the Orange/green wire along the PASSENGER side harness under the kick panel and rocker panel. The joint was wrapped with an acid based tape, which, when it gets wet (due to any number of reasons over time) the tape rots the solder/joint and the connection fails, affecting the seat, mirrors and pedals.
The following links have a post on this site and an external site that both have photos and good write ups.

Suffice it to say, it was a sight to see with me "trying" to drive my truck when the seat would NOT move! :-)
