Default Power door lock wiring diagram

The door looks in my brothers 06 supercrew doesn't work with either switch or the key fob. I checked fuse and its good and i tried using the drives switch out of my truck in his truck and it still didn't work. Does anyone have a wiring diagram so i know what wires to check with the DVOM?

Default New guy looking for help. First electrical mod.

Did the lock work off the doors only or did the fob and key pad work too?

My first mod, second post on the forum. Trying not to over complicate the project but I have more questions than answers.

07 lariat screw.

Thanks in advance,

Pop-n-lock works off the inside door lock, key fob and driverside keypad, whenever all doors are unlocked.....so is the tailgate.

It sounds like a ground prob. I would first check the ground at the switches you can do this ez by just getting the truck in the drak and turning on the lights and see if the lights in the switches turn on.

no the lights in the switches dont work and at some point the dome lights quit coming on with any door open and the radio quit turning off when the drivers door is opened. Which leads me to think the VSM/BSM might be bad.

This is for a 08 so the wire colors are not right but the pin connector numbers are. Its a great place to start.
