Default powdercoat sucks, how do i get it off?

alright guys, so I have had my custom rock guards installed on my truck for a couple months now and after some offroading trips and daily driving the powdercoat is shot. what they don't tell you when you do chip the powdercoat, rust spreads everywhere underneath it. so now I want it all off and im going to get them coated in line-x. whats the best way to get this pos powdercoat off?

Oven cleaner will take anything off, just be careful, stuff is gnarly. Wear gloves and eye protection.

I was gonna suggest sandblasting, that'll remove the rust also.

Your best bet is scrub all the rust off with steel wool and the. Have the steps line-Xd

I was thinking sandblasting would take too long cause its powder coat. And the only problem I'm seeing is that they are welded solid to the frame And I really don't want to cut them off to get them coated in line x. I also thought that all the powder coat needs to come off to line x them.

Would oven cleaner pull the crappy duplicolor bed armor off of my bed without taking the paint off the truck?
