Does anyone know where I can get black powder coated exhaust tips? Tried google can't find any results.

get some, send them to braincoating.com and you have powdercoated exhaust tips.

all i did was rough them up with emery cloth then spayed them with 2 coats.

not at all, if it does chip though i will just paint it again...its not hard and doesnt take long to do at all.
