Hello,

I just posted this in the main 04-08 picture thread too, so apologies if you follow both threads, but I dig the white F150s so here goes...

Here is my 2005 XL, Last week I installed new LED tail lights, LED 3rd brake light and new headlights all with a light 'smoked' look. Also put on the little side steps.

I want to do something with the wheels, I did have the bumpers dipped black and I was looking at black wheels for the truck, I dipped one of the wheels to get a basic idea of how it would look and I'm not sure if I like it.

I don't really like chrome, I'm thinking better looking OEM wheels off a newer FX4 or something would look good? Being a standard cab I'd like to find a way to make the truck look less 'stumpy', I wanted a Scab or even a Screw but I couldn't pass up the deal I got on this one, so I'm stuck with it.

I don't want to get too far away from stock either, the truck is used and has some dings, so I just wanted a more polished stock look I guess. Let me know your thoughts...

u can paint the bumpers white. i painted my bumpers white cuz i got tired of the chrome. as for the wheels , the newer factory model stocks look pretty sweet. i love the 20's that came on our 04-08 models.

It is a pepearl white, just different than regular pearl. The paint code brought up imperial white at the dealer. It's more off white + pearl.
