Those I bought from Tascaparts.com for $157 shipped. There are a handful of sets on eBay, some of which are from Tasca. They're OEM Ford parts, and somehow the aftermarket ones of these aren't much cheaper, so I opted for the OEM.

Yeah, they're 100% identical to the lights that come on our trucks, just darker. Took all of 5 minutes to put in

You can even go cheaper and crack your stock ones open and paint the chrome black like the Harley ones. While your in there you could even add some led strips.

that would be badass to try but my left light has been cracked on a corner since i bought the truck so vapor gets inside my tail light sometimes. so i guess im stuck with having to buy new lights

I tried opening mine up, following DarrenWS6's video, and I don't see how that's done. I'm very careful/apprehensive when doing stuff like that and I literally destroyed it. It cracked every time I put the screw driver in, then I shot off a chunk of a corner. The one I tried it on looked perfect, but I couldn't keep it from leaking, so no loss.

They're probably just saying that to cover their butts. Tascaparts.com was the cheapest option at the time for me, I believe.

I think they are sonic welded shut the best way I think to get in is to cut them apart. I just pulled some aftermarket ones apart for my obs and they were a lot harder to open compared to headlights.

This is what Darren did. Guess he's just got the magic touch haha. I think he has a profile on this site too.
