Oh, that is very nice. I'll get to work on it.

What is the angle on the skew? I assume that's just in one direction across the whole shape, right?

The Bars across are also slanted (using side view dimensions) using the same thickness, this applies to the middle section of the F

The O and D are good

So I started my modification today with a Dremel and some super glue this is what I have so far I plan on using some fiberglass to reinforce and a bit of sanding with a fresh coat of paint to finish it up just thought id share my progress

sorry I did not see the second paragraph.

You mean as to the lean back? or the angle of the top right of the R?

The lean back. So the angle on your side view.

I did not get that angle, but... if you take that side view and stand it straight up, the top angles from back to front by 3/16" and the bottom by 1/16" of an inch. I'll see what I can do about getting the angle of the lean. I'll be off work in two hours.

I found some door latch metal plate to mount behind the top and bottom fingers on the F so the middle section doesn't flop, and then painted it black to hide it, but if anyone else has a better idea then some stupid house crap... I'm all ears

so far this has been pretty easy I did this at work between customers today. Tomorrow im going to try to fill in some areas with bondo, sand it a little bit and if I have time im going to fiberglass and sand it. With a little luck hopefully it will look decent as I have never worked with any of these items. Wish me luck guys!

So it's a different angle at the top vs bottom? That kinda sucks.

Oh, and can you do the F as well? I really need the part on the left. The rest I could work out from the measurements of the R.
