I know your looking at 04-08 letters but if you do get them done and they turn out good would you be willing to do a set of 09 letters (for a price of corse)

Currently I'm busy doing cabinet installs, I'll get those exact dimensions to you asap, the letters are not simple cut and dry, it's beveled and because of the grille slant, it's like looking straight at it but with the lettering leaned back a bit, give me a day and I'll get those.

i have complete faith in your measuring skills after what you did with your grille.

btw, are your letters ptm or is it vinyl?

Really, I just need to be able to convert the measurements to a 3d object. the angles won't matter as long as I know the thickness of the letter and how far out the back side is from the front. The printer I have access to now is pretty basic. I'll do some test pieces. If they come out decent I'll do them higher quality and start taking orders.

What versions of this grille are people using? I know of the Paramount grille (04-08, 09-14, 15-16). Any others?

Does anyone happen to have letters that they've removed from the grille? If I could actually get one, I could get done faster. I'm budgeting to get one of these grilles soon, but it might be a few weeks.

Forgot to add that on the side view from the back to the front, in terms of height, it's 3/16" difference and the bottom 1/16" angle.
