Default possible miss but no codes

ok so here is my problem when im in od and basisaly coasting very little throttle and start to give it some gas i get a notable miss.sometimes it will happen in other gears.scanned it and got no codes. it seems like it happens at the same position on the throttle is there something that could need cleaned or what, ideas?

I had this exact problem it was spark plugs, check them out. I had it consistently at highway speeds around 1500 ish rpm.

Mine started with this and ended up throwing codes the worse it got. The missing started happening in OD and slowly but surely trickled down to start missing in the lower gears as well. Mine ended up being a coil or two along with a misfire on said plugs if I remember correctly. The coil/s got replaced along with the plugs and haven't had an issue since.

My '08 missed at 45-47 mph if I tried to keep that speed. I changed the plugs (I have the 4.2L 6 cyl.) and all is solved. Easy job on the 4.2L
