I feel like a pop and can hear like something turning underneath my driver floor board. It's more noticeable at low speeds (0-50)
I can hear it turning sorta like a slight grind or rub
I have a 2006 Ford F-150 xlt 5.4
With around 130,000 miles

yes it's 4wd and it makes the same sound but a little quieter when in 4hi

could be a vacuum problem with the IWE system. the wheel ends lock and un-lock via engine vacuum...if there's a problem they will not un-lock properly and pop and grind....there are extensive threads on here to troubleshoot this system. ZI would also get under it and look at the drive shaft yoke assembly for problems.
