I have the same issue. I have a 6" lift utilizing true 6" lift struts, no spacers. Ran fine for about 6 months and slowly started making this noise when I turn. Now it's frequent and is audible when the weight of the truck rolls forward on hard stops or back on acceleration. Shops all tell me the same thing, they can't find anything.

Pops when coming to a stop and accelerating and I can't find nothing loos,. Really annoying. If anyone figured out what it is I'm sure there will be much relief to a lot of ppl.

I know I have to grease the slip yoke but I can hear and feel it in the front. Have yall checked the bushings that hold the sway bar on the frame ?

My bushings on the actual sway bar look to be in good shape (no visible cracks or wear). I'm beginning to wonder if it could be a wheel bearing, or in the steering rack? I'm running out of places to check.
