Default Popping noise coming from rear when my truck flexes?

Every time I make a sharp turn on a sudden incline like when I pull into the end of my driveway and my truck flexes, I hear what seems to be a popping noise coming from the rear. Sometimes two pops. I also have a 6" BDS lift on. Any coincidence? Btw the lift has been on for 10K miles now and yes everything was re-torqued shortly after it was installed.

My truck does the same thing. More often in reverse for me but it does do it in drive at very slow speeds. I sort of think its from the rear block, but I can't pin it down.

I am running 1.5 inch block with 4" add-a-leafs. I only really noticed it are I added the 1.5" rear block. Re-torqued everything, STILL THERE. I even added friction modifier to rear end (and a touch of fluid) to try it out. But they say it takes a few hundred miles before friction mod helps. At least I can rule it out soon. Only have 59,000 so Ford says not time to service rear end (100,000 miles).

Yeah I'm willing to bet it has something to do with the rear suspension. At least I think it's coming from the rear...
