Default PO345&349 Codes

I have searched and read so many things on this, I have double/triple checked all wiring and all cylinders on bank 2, codes are for cam position sensor intremitent or no signal.
I have just replaced all timing components including phasers, tensioners, chains and guides. Note to anyone doing that job! Use locktite, I had a guide bolt back out and break the staionary guide. I said if I am in here everything is getting replaced again. With that said I am getting the 345 and 349 codes now, usually after a couple of start ups. the truck seems to be running great is the kicker. I didnt use the chain marks but marked my heads and phasers and keep reading a tooth off would be compensated by the computer.
I have swapped the sensors and same comes back after a while, any input appeciated. Have not swapped the VCT solenoids yet but not real sure if they would cause this I have read yes and no.

Sorry about leaving out, 2005 f-150 lariat, 4x4, auto, 5.4l
thought i had put in a sig.

Make sure the sensor right below the phasers on the front side of the engine block are plugged in.

Come on guys someone has to have some good input here, runs great and ran all the way to work no problem the when I started for the second time it came on, that seems to be the trigger starting the second or third time, if I just drive its fine no codes. Starter and charging system seem fine.

Yeah I need to know too. Got the exact same issue. Changed out driver side cam phaser. Now I got the same p0345 and p0349 codes. Truck runs and idles fine. CPS connector and wiring to PCM checked out fine. Only thing I haven't checked is the crankshaft position sensor. But I'm also wondering if it could be the dorman phaser vs using ford part phaser.

Mine was out of time not sure how I messes that one up. I have replaced been into mine 3 times. Not phasers but the plastic chain guides. 1 time I didn't use locktite and a bolt backed.out pretty sure my oil pressure is low. Fixing.to replace the motor. New guys out with along block for $2500.00 40,000 4 year. Not.a.bad deal

So yours was out of time to cause the p0345 and p0349 codes?

I marked everything so not sure how mine can be out of time.

I haven't replaced the crankshaft position sensor yet. Heard that could cause those codes too
