Well first of all, your post doesn't make any sense. If you are asking what to gap the plugs at, it should be .044. They should be pre-gapped. Don't use your standard gap tool with the fine wire electrode spark plugs.

Most people will say what Techrep just mentioned. But I had 120,000 KM on my Champions and they did just fine. No misfires. It's up to you. But there has been issues of the champion plugs misfiring right away or after a few weeks.

X1000, these engines prefer Motorcraft plugs. I found this out the hard way.

Do yourself a solid and use the Motorcraft SP-515 plugs with these trucks. There are NUMEROUS horror stories about using other things. Of course, plenty of people have squeaked by just fine on Champion plugs, it's a solid brand. It's just these engines are REALLY picky on what plugs they want.
