Default Please help

Just replaced cam phasers timing chains, guides and tensiones, I swear I had the timing 100 percent right, upon first start up I got a check engine light, took it for test drive and noticed a little low power, also it didn't want to shift, I hooked up a scanner and got the code p0345 bank 2 , any one have any ideas as where to I could have went wrong? M truck is an 06 5.4 3v.
Di I forget to plug something in or is my engine out of time? Any thing will help. Also how can I tell if my engine is out if time with out tearing back apart?

Did you damage or forget to plug in the camshaft position sensor on bank two? Test it for resistance to see if it's good. Good resistance values are in the repair manual.

You have an '06? No need to remove the valve cover, just the seal to access the VCT solenoid. Did you install the crank position sensor correctly and also make sure that when doing your timing "L" was driver's side and "R" was passenger's? These are two common mistakes...
