Default best fender flare

help a newbie out. need smooth black fender flares, style with no-drill installation but bolts showing. set of 4. what is best place/vendor to get them from at best value? 2008 F150
got some rust bubbles showing over my two rear wheels. want to have a body shop maybe stop the rust somehow and cover with the fender flares

edit: need a no-drill option. truck has no flares on it currently (so no OEM holes)

yea but at the bottom it says
*Comes with Marine-Grade stainless steel rivets that install into the flare pockets; these rivets are for decorative purpose only, not to secure the flares onto the truck body.
*Average install time 2+ hours with no drilling required.

edit: is it assuming you have factory flare holes then?

If it's going to be bolt free, it needs to be the really good double-sided 3M adhesive. You can ask the vendor, but from what I saw it said bolt on. Just shoot them an email, it's a great price

They stick on, and the bolts/rivets are just cosmetic.
I'm sure everyone knows my opinion on these things by now, so I'll just leave it at that.
