i agree with your friend. i like the exhaust in the back. if i had a 2wd i think it would look sick on the side

I just took my side rails off this weekend and it looks awesome.
Im also up in the air about my exhaust. I think Im gonna go staight out the back with it. With that or SN-DO on passengers side.

Is it possible to go duals out the rear with spair tire on a 4x4?

yeah get the roush kit or any other quality kit, and it will go around the spare with no problems.

I can get them at my local ford dealer for 500 bucks. As far as online i havent a clue.
