PHP tunes

HAHAHA...yeah you wont get an email response back..consider yourself extremely lucky if you do. Me and another member on here TxCustoms89 are waiting for our tunes right now...I ordered mine April 4th and Texas ordered his a couple days after me. We are both still waiting. We both ordered custom 87 performance tunes for our Edges that we already had. So our tunes are just emailed to us and then downloaded through their software once they finish. We left messages on the PHP facebook page and they responded to both of us and said the tunes were done but needed to be uploaded onto their software so we can download them. Doesnt sound that hard/time consuming but I have no idea. That was sunday night they told us they are done and 2 full days went by and nothing yet. So I (we) am/are sitting on 7 weeks when they said 4-6 weeks. I guess it isnt that off of their time estimation but it is getting kinda ridiculous now. I hope it is going to be worth it!
They are extremely hard to get a hold of but I hear their stuff is worth the wait. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

Thanks, I'll take a look

Oh yeah. I will be sure to let everyone know if it was worth the time waiting or not. I bet Texas will too. After waiting this long, its only right to let people know if it is worth it or not.

I actually just had a Evo unlocked by PHP and I guess I was one of the lucky ones. It was about a week and a half turn around time after the order was placed. The file was sent threw email and downloaded threw there software, the unit still would not unlock and gave them a call and around an hour later someone called back and fixed the problem. Check there FB page there was some updates about recent orders going out last night... I just hope I can get a custom tune that quick!

They are pretty good about answering through their forums.

Honestly, I've seen every brand of tuner get slammed for slow reponses with custom tunes at one time or another.

It seems the more I research the more I see companies struggling with turn around times. I'm not saying PHP is particularly bad, I'm just hoping I'm not waiting for months on end for something that wasn't worth it.

Its coming with the canned tunes, but i ordered custom, after i get the gryphon i gotta plug it in and send them the hex code so they can do my custom tunes.
Does that sound right? From what i read thats what i need to do, like everyone else i haven't been able to get a hold of anyone either, by email or phone

I've had my gryphon for about a year now and when I bought it it took about a week to get the tuner itself, then about 3 weeks to get the tunes through their software. They do help a lot of the forum so I'd try that if you are having trouble getting in touch with them.
