PHP custom tune

My experience with PHP:
Ordered custom tunes from them. Took 2 months to get which was fine because that's what the order form said "can take up to 8 weeks." So, I expected that. This is where my gripe comes in, I loaded my tunes and my truck drove fine for a few blocks then it would just shut down and die. I pull over and start my truck again and drive it a few feet and same thing happens. The engine shuts down. I had to reload the edge can tune to drive home. I called PHP to explain what's going with the tune. They call me back and say they'll rewrite the tune and email me the update. So, next day I get the tune and I load it, same issues, tune causes my truck to die while driving.
I call them back and tell them I'm having the same issues. The answer I get from someone name Corey is "I don't know why that's happening? We will look into it and get back to you." Well I never heard back. I called and left messages and sent a few emails and no reply. After a few weeks and not hearing back I pretty much knew I lost money and nothing would be resolved. Oh well, what was it $50 in tunes?

I ordered custom tune on August 23. I sent email on Sept 3 to get status of tune. They replied on Sept 4 and said I should see something early next week. I sent another email 2 weeks later, no reply. I called this past Friday, Sept. 26 and the guy I talked to couldnt find anything for me and said the guy who would know was on his honeymoon and wouldnt be back until Thursday, Oct. 2. Im pretty sire when I called to get my Edge unlocked that they told me a custom tune wouls take 4 or 5 days. Maybe i misunderstood and they said 4 or 5 weeks. I guess I'll try again Thursday.
