I already talked to my local dealership about it because I was thinking about getting rid of my Kenwood and getting a stock nav system for my truck.
the only bluetooth option stated on all of fords info for the mustang is a dealer installed Mobile Ease Connect system, while the Fusion receives a standard SYNC system with *optional* navigation.

I love the stock nav system. A friend of mine has it in his 07' Expedition and it's awesome. It's right on par with my Kenwood navi system.
