Default Performance chip
Looking to put a performance chip in my 2007 f-150 with a 4.6 v8. I was wondering if anyone had any advice. Also I'm looking for something that won't leave me broke I have a very limited budget.

You want a tuner or programmer, same thing, different terms. Not a chip. SCT and edge are best two brands for the f series.

I just purchased the SCT from Franchi and loving it so far. It not too expansive either.

Agreed. Don't buy the chip. So far, I haven't seen anything but complaints about them.

You can probably find a used Edge Evolution for $200. I bought mine used a few years ago and its been on the truck for over 40k.
