Default People with bilsteins 4-6"

Can anyone confirm total height after installing the 4-6" bilsteins set to 6"? I have the 6" lift with the cheap pro comp spacer and wonder if the bilsteins will cause me to lose some height or maybe gain a little. Any input on height change after installing these?

I've also been looking into these. Can't seem to find much info either. Anyone have a link to them?

Haha it seems multiple people are having trouble. I found them fine but I don't remember how. It was a while ago

So...you have to replace the coil spring to use the longer strut ?
