Default PCM?

Hello, just finished installing a new motor in my 07. Got it buttoned up yesterday and took it out for a test drive. Had some hesitation upon acceleration so I thought it was a coil pack, but then I noticed the following,

1. Tach goes dead and is delayed
2. Oil pressure and a few other gauges go dead.
3. 4wd lights come on but it doesn't kick in.
4. Door chimes as if it is being opened while the vehicle is in motion.

It almost seems the truck doesn't know that it is running.

Battery is new so we ruled that out.
Put a scanner on it and there are no codes coming up. A friend who is a mechanic mentioned he thought the PCM mIght be the cause due to the battery shunting power while unable to start.

Am I correct that the PCM is the computer on the passenger side firewall with the three large disconnect plugs for the harness?

Any thoughts? Thank you.

Check all your wiring ang give the computer some time to learn. The first time I did my cam phasers my truck ran like crud, I actually read how to reset with no a/c on etc. and then it smoothed out. I am haveing new issues after a second timing replacemtn now.Good Luck.\

Thanks. Where did you find how to reset it?
