Passenger HID light flickering, sometimes won't come on at all

just swapped the ballast and did an op check, the problem followed the ballast to the driver side. looks like I'm ordering some new ballasts

2015 Lariat with standard headlights.
I purchased a set of L.E.D. headlights from F150LEDS.com. The passenger headlight flickers from time to time and shuts off periodically. F150LEDS did send me a new light, same issue is occurring, very frustrating. Any Thoughts would be appreciated...
