05 f150, pass side has manual windows...any ideas on how to fix a hard to crank window?

which one? there are the rails...the little crank thingy...the plastic bars(no idea what those are) i feel like a moron, i am pretty advanced in these trucks for knoweldge, but give me a window question and i am a moron

if you take off the panel, you will see where it was greased, i am sure living in cali with the hot temps help the grease melt
