Parking my truck by a tree in hopes it falls

I haven't pulled the oil pan yet. Am I going to have to drop the front axle to do it? It says I do but it just looks like I don't have to. I'll replace it if I'm going to check it.
That screen on the solenoid was on the top. I took it apart to see why the others were missing. I thought all 3 were supposed to have it. So I am missing the screen for just one of those ports.
The one I got from Dorman has 3 screens. Each one completely wraps around and is soldered or tack welded in place.
So oil pump now. Any insights on why I didn't get any smoke from the sea foam?

Before you spend anymore money on this motor you need to check the bottom end. check the crankshaft endplay with a prybar try to move the crank back and forth prying on the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer. It shouldn't move much at all and if it does then you may need a new motor cause if there is low oil pressure on the crank then there will be low oil pressure on the top end to.

The dorman VCT's are not 'structured' the same as the latest revision Motorcraft. IMO, you should invest in these.
To remove the oil pan you drop the crossmember underneath it (4bolts) drop the sway bar mounts (4bolts) and unbolt the front axle mount on the passenger side. Use a bar to pry the bushing mount on that side down and to hold it there. You will have to 'fanagle' the pan to get it out, but it really is much easier than say, removing those damn valve covers. FYI, not to be the bearer of bad news, but the timing cover needs to come back off the front of the engine, along with the timing components to change the oil pump. It is driven off the front of the crank. That is why I changed it when I did my timing. Hope this helps...

Your title brought back a childhood memory of my older brother putting a bullseye on his impala, hoping Skylab would fall on it. Yea, I'm that old.

Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzIKeh9ZLrA Here is the video link to the tick sound I am hearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The latest VCT solenoids I listed earlier should help with that tick.. It does sound like its coming from the oil pan, but its likely just echoing through the timing cover from the phaser lacking sufficient oil.. The solenoids feed the oil to the phasers, plugged screens, sludge, or a failed solenoid will hinder the balance of flow to both sides of the veins in the phaser..
I also highly recommend switching to full synthetic 5w-30 oil for durability reasons..
On a cold engine, do you get any ticking?

Before you go to crazy chasing that tick, you need to check your exhaust manifolds for any leaks.. Its very common and can sound similar to the noises in your video.
