Has anybody ever painted the black vertical door pillars? I know that you can buy the chrome ones for them. But i was thinking about color matching them when I do my handles.

Pics would be great if there are any.

My truck is silver! I'm just not a big fan of the chrome accents.

 

silver would look pretty cool. i have a black and red theme going so im going to leave it as is. im sure if you buy the chrome ones u might be able to sand them down well and then prime and paint maybe

 

Good question..I've got the whole silver and black thing going so I never really thought about it but I would think u could.

 

06screw if you do it post some pics. I was thinkin about color matching mine too. But not sure how it will look with the black rubber trim going above and below the pillars.

That's a good question 06Screw!! I've thought about it because I don't care for the look of the chrome accents either. I honestly think it makes it look tacky with the chrome between the windows. JMO

 

Well my truck is going into the shop to get repainted from getting keyed. So some things are getting painted and shaved. I think I am going to have the pillars painted also. I wil be posting pics soon.
