Plus, you can't just spray plastic with body paint; paint shops ad a flex agent to the paint allowing it to flex slightly. Otherwise if slight pressure was applied to the plastic surface, cracks will appear.
Not sure if the surrounding plastic of the door panels are exempt from this because of their hard plastic, but i'd check with a body shop before you spray them. Don't forget a clear coat if you want to match the body; the clear coat provides some UV protection, plus provides some "depth" to the color.
