Default Paint that matches?

I have a black 2004, and im in the process of refurbing my front bumper and debadging/filling the holes in the tailgate and wanted to know what you guys thought would be the best paint to match the OEM black that ford used. Duplicolor? Does rustoleom or krylon match? Thanks in advance

There is a paint code on the drivers door jamb sticker. That will help you match your paint.

Yeah, you need to clear coat and put on extra coats. Then wet sand, compound, polish.

So you guys think duplicolor is my best bet? My dad has all the equipment for a show quality paint job (just did his F350) and i could use that if the non aerosol paint isnt too expensive

My opinion find a paint store and have them mix paint to match. You should be able to get all you need for under $100. A cheap fix is gonna give you cheap results.

My recommendation? Match your color using your paint code. Eyeballing it is going to likely end up bad lol
