P340 code

P340 code
I have a 2004 f150, I keep having a p340 code, change the cam sendor, check all wiring, and even changed the computor, still get the code. If I disconnect either one of the cam shaft sendors the engine runs great, when they are both connected to the computor engine runs rough, I need any and all help
