Default throttle body problems P2104

I just upgraded my throttle body to a 80mm BBK, I also have an edge evo tuner and other performance mods. I was having the same issues and i played around with my tuner and the truck ran fine for about two weeks now it just wants to stay in limp mode. does anyone have any ideas.

Guys. These throttle bodies are drive by wire. Very very picky about any type of power surges, shorts, sect. I learned the hard way... These aren't like the old school trucks.. I would disconnect your battery for 30 minutes. This will clear the pcm. It will take about 200 miles for the throttle body to learn your driving habits. If the wrench light doesn't come back on, you should be OK. By the way... Do Not clean your throttle body with carb cleaner. You will strip the coating and screw it up. They make a throttle body cleaner that's made for the coating.

Default 2005 STX 4.6L 4wd

I had this code P2106 2 years ago. My truck stayed in the dealership for 3months, while they tried to figure it out. They cleaned the throttle body, and fuel injectors. They replaced it with a new throttle body w/ sensor. It was still misfiring and spitting out that code. The end result I needed a new CPU. So after $3k in rental parts and labor they figured it out. We'll 3 weeks ago that code came back. So I tried trouble shooting it cleaning the TB, replaced the air filter. And replaced the tps and got it reflashed. Even unplugged the battery. It clears the code but comes back after driving it 3 miles down the road.
