Default P0430 code??? help!

05 5.4 f150-
I had an injector hang up and got it fixed. I had a full tune up done. Replaced the spark plugs, wires, while the bad injector was fixed. After all said and done engine light came on and a p0430 code. bank 2(drivers side) catalyst below threshold.

For sure thought the flood of gas burned up my catalytic converter. I replaced the cat with an eastern catalytic converter---code came back. Replaced the 02 sensor.--- code came back.. Muffler shop checked for exhaust leaks twice-- no leaks.
Every time I unhook the battery the code is back within 50 miles.

What is left for me to replace?

I had a similar problem.. Did you reset the codes with a scanner or did you pull the battery cable? I kept having the same issue and I was just using a obd2 scanner to clear the codes, it would keep coming back on. I was told to actually remove the battery cable and reset it, the light never came back on. Im assuming it was just a glitch in the ecm. Might be worth trying that?

I removed the battery cables for 15-20 mins. I have cleaned my mass airflow sensor and today I am going to change out the fuel filter.

I was getting that code with my High-flows and all I did was get Rear O2 Sensor Bung Extensions (Anti Foulers) and I have not gotten the code since.

When I clear codes with a battery disconnect, before putting the cables back on I run the key through all positions to guarantee any charge left in a component has a path to escape.

Got the non foulers yesterday. Didn't have time to drill one out so I will be doing that today and installing it. Will let y'all know if it comes back on. I drive 100 miles a day and it usually comes on within 50 miles

Okay I noticed when I reset my cel yesterday by unhooking the battery for 15-20 mins and I reconnected it the cel light will come back on with in 50 miles. Also the seatbelt chrime I disabled with the procedure didn't go back to chiming. Do that mean I didn't actually reset the computer?
